Activation/Registration Code Help

This page helps you with locating or resetting activation codes.

Replay A/V 8 uses a different set of registration codes than version 7. If you received a registration code that begins with "RAX" and are getting an "invalid code" message, you probably have version 7 installed. Click here to download and install Replay A/V 8 and this code will work perfectly.

Recover Lost Activation/Registration Codes

Enter your email address below, then click Send Activation Codes.  The activation codes for all products you ordered from us are emailed to you immediately.

Note: You must enter the email address you used when ordering the software. If your email address has changed since you purchased a code, please contact Customer Service and we'll update your email address and send your codes to you.


Reset Activation Codes

Occasionally you may need to erase activation codes from your PC to reregister a product. Use the Clear Activation Code Utility for this purpose.
